Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
  • Wiring must not be cut, modified, spliced, or connected.
  • The product must show no installation marks, scratches, damage, or signs of use.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, hardware, and components.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Return Authorization

Before returning any item, please contact us at support@yfdlights.com with your order number and clear photos showing the condition of the product, wiring/connectors, mounting areas, accessories, and original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

Please do not send a return without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the return is due to personal preference, ordering the wrong size or model, vehicle compatibility, change of mind, or no longer needing the product.

YFD Lighting will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs if the item received is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned packages are safely delivered to the designated return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or returned with cut or altered wiring may not be eligible for a refund.
